White Bean and Escarole Soup with Chicken Sausage

In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown the chicken sausage in the oil, 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook, stirring, about 1 minute.
Add the chicken broth, beans, escarole, celery, salt and pepper. Simmer until the escarole is tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
