Tray Bake Vegetable Pizza
This leftover vegetable pizza works best with chopped vegetables and a great blend of tomatoes and cheese.

  • 14.5oz

    Diced Tomatoes

  • Shredded Mozzarella
  1. Prepare a plain boxed bread mix according to the package directions.
  2. Press prepared bread dough onto a greased cookie sheet or pizza pan.
  3. Cook 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes for 4 minutes until thickened.
  4. Spread tomato mixture over bread dough.
  5. Slice 2 fresh tomatoes and layer them over the pizza.
  6. Add leftover vegetables. Mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, and onions are all delicious options.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, or until browned and bubbly.
