Skinny Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Hazelnut Fudge
No one can resist chocolate… especially when it’s mixed with hazelnut. The two flavors complement each other almost as well as peanut butter and jelly. Everyone will want a piece of this fudge!


  • 8oz

    Dark Chocolatemelted

  • 1/4cup


  • 3/4cup

    Coconut Oil

  • 1/2cup

    Almond Butter

  • 1/4cup


  • 1/3cup


  • 1/2cup

    Dry Cranberries
  1. Grease an 8×8 glass pan with coconut oil.
  2. Put dark chocolate in a large bowl and put in microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each time until it is melted.
  3. Add coconut oil, honey, almond butter, hazelnuts and dry cranberries. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour fudge mixture into greased pan, sprinkle with pomegranates on top.
  5. Place in a refrigerator for 3 hours.
  6. Prior to serving, let the fudge sit for 2-3 minutes. Slice with a knife previously dipped in hot water and serve.
