Simple Blender Salsa
Blenders were made for salsas. Or maybe it’s the other way around. But either way, once you realize just how easy it is to whip up your favorite tangy tomato topping using nothing more than a blender, you’ll put your whisk away for good. To make this recipe that yields about 28 servings, you’ll need:


  • 2cans

    Diced Tomatoes(14.4 oz)

  • 1/2

    Yellow Onionquartered

  • 1

    Jalapeno Chileseeds and ribs removed

  • Cilantro Leavesto taste

  • 1tbsp

    Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

  • Saltto taste
  1. Add everything except the final can of tomatoes to the blender at once, and pulse until the right consistency is achieved.
  2. Add the second can of diced tomatoes and pulse briefly.
  3. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  4. Let the salsa rest for 30 minutes before serving. Serve cold.
