1whole Chickenwashed and patted dry
2tbsp All-Purpose Seasoning
1/2tbsp Garlic Powder
In the bottom of your slower cooker, place four fist-sized foil balls as a “stand” for your chicken to keep it from drying out. As a substitute, try using large chunks of root veggies like onions, carrots and potatoes.
Begin by combing paprika, seasoning, garlic powder and salt.
Rub seasoning all over and inside the chicken.
Place chicken in the cooker on top of the root veggies or foil balls.
Cover and cook on high for 4 to 4.5 hours or low for 6.5 to 8 hours.
