  • 4cups


    Fresh Basil Leaves

  • 1/2cup


    Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1/3cup


    Pine Nuts

  • 2cloves


    Garlic

  • 1/4cup


    Parmesan cheesegrated

  • 1/4cup


    Pecorino Cheesegrated

  • 1tsp


    Course Salt
Instructions
  1. Add the first four ingredients to the blender and blend until a paste.
  2. Stop throughout and use a soft spatula to keep the basil incorporated.
  3. Add cheese and salt; blend until combined.
  4. Serve immediately, or top with a dash of olive oil and chill for later.
