Quick Blender Pesto
Pesto made in the blender results in a smoother, more spreadable texture. If you haven’t tried this simple solution for the perfect pesto, now’s the time. You’ll need the following:
Fresh Basil Leaves
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Add the first four ingredients to the blender and blend until a paste.
Stop throughout and use a soft spatula to keep the basil incorporated.
Add cheese and salt; blend until combined.
Serve immediately, or top with a dash of olive oil and chill for later.
