    Banana

  • 1/2cup


    Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1/4tsp


    Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/4tsp


    Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 1/2cup


    Skim Milk

  • 2tbsp


    Pure Maple Syrup

  • 2/3cup


    Pumpkin Puree

  • 1cup


    Ice
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender
  2. Blend for at least 3 mins.
  3. Add more milk to thin it or more ice to thicken it up
