Instructions
  1. Combine pineapple, mint and ginger (about 8 slices) in a pitched.
  2. Add the water.
  3. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
  4. Stir well and strain, discarding the solids.
  5. Add fresh pineapple, mint and ginger for garnish.
