Perfectly Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6


    Eggs

  • 6tsp


    2% Milk

  • 1tsp


    Salt

  • 2tbsp


    Butter



  • Fresh Ground Black Pepperto taste
Instructions
  1. Add eggs, milk and salt to the blender and blend continuously for 25 seconds.
  2. Allow foam to settle for two minutes.
  3. Warm non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add butter.
  4. Once the butter is almost completely melted, pour in the egg mixture. Don’t stir just yet.
  5. As the eggs begin to set, use a soft spatula to gently guide the outer edges toward the middle, tilting the pan to allow the uncooked eggs to spread until cooked through.
  6. Transfer eggs to serving plates. Add salt and pepper to taste.
