Ingredients
  • 10 Garlic Cloves peeled
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Dill Weed
  • 3/4 tsp Hot Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Swordfish Steaks

Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend the garlic, spices, lime juice and olive oil for about three minutes or until well combined.
  2. Pat the swordfish steaks dry and place them in an eight-inch square dish.
  3. Apply the spice rub mixture generously to each side of the fish. Cover and refrigerate for three hours.
  4. Preheat the grill on high. When ready, grill the fish steaks on high heat for five to six minutes on each side, turning only once.
