Ingredients
- 10 Garlic Cloves peeled
- 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Dill Weed
- 3/4 tsp Hot Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Swordfish Steaks

- In a food processor, blend the garlic, spices, lime juice and olive oil for about three minutes or until well combined.
- Pat the swordfish steaks dry and place them in an eight-inch square dish.
- Apply the spice rub mixture generously to each side of the fish. Cover and refrigerate for three hours.
- Preheat the grill on high. When ready, grill the fish steaks on high heat for five to six minutes on each side, turning only once.
