Instructions
  1. Using a fork, lightly mash avocados in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Toast the bread, and spread it with the avocado mixture. Sprinkle with feta, cilantro, and smoked paprika.
  3. Meanwhile, rub the corn with olive oil and cook on the grill until golden and charred – for the best results, grill the corn without the husks.
  4. Let the corn cool, and then slice the kernels from the cob.
  5. Mix kernels with butter, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Top the toast with grilled corn mixture.
