Grapefruit Pomegranate and Mint
While grapefruit, pomegranate and mint together already sounds like a delicious combination, the mixture definitely has some benefits. Between the anti-inflammatory properties, assistance in weight loss, brain and heart function maintenance, these water flavors are a must!

    Pomegranate Seeds

    torn mint leaves
  1. In a large pitcher, combine fruit and mint. Bruise mint leaves slightly before adding, if desired.
  2. Add ice and fill container with water.
  3. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
  4. Add additional fruit or herbs to garnish, if desired.
