Gorgonzola Grilled Pear Crostini

Ingredients

  • 3ripe


    Bartlett Pearscut into 1/4-inch-thick wedges

  • 4oz


    Cream Cheesesoftened

  • 4oz


    Gorgonzola Cheesecrumbled

  • 1/4cup


    Buttersoftened

  • 2tbsp


    Dry Sherry

    French Baguette Slicestoasted

  • 1/2cup


    Roasted Pecansfinely chopped

  • 2tbsp


    Rosemaryfinely chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place pear wedges on grill and cover with lid. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until golden.
  3. Stir together cream cheese, gorgonzola cheese, butter and dry sherry.
  4. Spread about 1/2 tablespoon on each baguette slice.
  5. Top with grilled pears; sprinkle with pecans and rosemary, and drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
