Ingredients
Gingerbread Syrup
1/2cup Brown Sugar
1/2cup Water
1 1/2tbsp Molasses
1tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2tsp Ground Ginger
1/4tsp Allspice
Cocktail
3tbsp Gingerbread Syrup
3oz Vanilla Vodka
1/2oz Hazelnut Liquor
2tbsp Cream
1box Gluten Free Gingerbread Cookiescrushed for garnish
1can Whipped Cream
Instructions
Gingerbread Syrup
Combine brown sugar, water, molasses, cinnamon, ginger and allspice in small pot and heat on medium-high until simmering, whisking until brown sugar dissolves
Remove from heat and cool
Cocktail
Crush cookies and place on a plate
Wet the rim of the glasses with hazelnut liquor
Dip the top of each glass into the cookie crumbs
Combine gingerbread syrup, vanilla vodka, hazelnut liquor, and cream in a shaker filled with ice.
