Chicken Bruschetta Bake
This recipe is easily cut into squares and travels nicely to the office and back. Best of all, it’s microwave-friendly.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine leftover stuffing with 1 can (14 ½ oz) of diced tomatoes, juice and all.
Add 2 minced cloves of garlic and stir.
Line the bottom of a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish with the diced chicken.
Sprinkle with 1 tsp. dried basil.
Top chicken with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Cover with the stuffing mixture (stuffing and tomatoes).
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Substitute dry, boxed stuffing mix in place of homemade stuffing.
