Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Cauliflower is another common, yet incredibly flexible, dough alternative to wheat. It also adds a great hint of freshness to your typical pizza crust.

    Parmigiano Reggianograted

  • 1tsp

    Oregano or Italian Seasoning

  • Saltto taste

  • Pepperto taste
  1. Rice the cauliflower in a food processor. Place the cauliflower in a tea towel and squeeze out the extra moisture
  2. Mix the cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture onto a baking mat or parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  4. While the dough cooks, mix the chicken and barbecue sauce in a bowl.
  5. Take the dough out to cool, then top the pizza with your toppings.
  6. Place back in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese bubbles. Let cool, slice and serve.
