Baked Cauliflower Macaroni and Cheese
Ancient Harvest’s Gluten-Free Quinoa Macaroni
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook the macaroni. Meanwhile, mix all of the ingredients into a large bowl. Drain the macaroni, and then add it to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
Put the macaroni and cheese into a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add some extra cheddar cheese on top and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese bubbles and the top turns golden brown.
