    Ancient Harvest’s Gluten-Free Quinoa Macaroni

  • 1 1/2lbs


    Sharp Cheddar Cheese

  • 8oz


    Cottage Cheese

  • 8oz


    Sour Cream

  • 1/2head


    Cauliflowerchopped finely

  • 3tsp


    Paprika

  • 1/4tsp


    Cayenne Pepper

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cook the macaroni. Meanwhile, mix all of the ingredients into a large bowl. Drain the macaroni, and then add it to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  3. Put the macaroni and cheese into a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add some extra cheddar cheese on top and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese bubbles and the top turns golden brown.
