Instructions
  1. Using a fork, lightly mash avocado in a bowl.
  2. Spread avocado on two slices of toasted whole wheat bread and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Top bread with thin slices of fresh, crisp radishes. Add Havarti cheese.
  4. Garnish with toasted hazelnuts.
