Avocado, Tahini, And Cucumber Toast

Ingredients

  • 2slices


    Sourdough Bread

  • 1


    Avocadopeeled & pitted

  • 1tbsp


    Tahini

  • 1/2


    Cucumberthinly sliced

  • 1tsp


    Lime Juice

  • 1tsp


    Extra-Virgin Olive Oil



  • Salt & Pepperto taste



  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakesto taste
Instructions
  1. Use a fork to lightly mash avocado in a bowl.
  2. Toast the sourdough bread.
  3. Spread tahini on the toasted bread, then add the avocado mixture.
  4. Top with slices of cucumber. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and finish with a dash of red pepper flakes.
