    Applespeeled, cored, & diced

  • 1 1/2cup


    Milk

  • 1 1/2cup


    Water

  • 1cup


    Steel Cut Oatsuncooked

  • 2tbsp


    Brown Sugar

  • 1 1/2tbsp


    Buttercut into pieces

  • 1/2tsp


    Cinnamon

  • 1tbsp


    Ground Flax Seed

  • 1/4tsp


    Salt
Instructions
  1. Coat the inside of your slow cooker well with cooking spray.
  2. Dump all ingredients in and stir.
  3. Cover and cook on low approximately seven hours.
