- Hard-boil your eggs
- Let cool for 15 minutes and peel
- Slice peeled eggs in half
- Remove yolks to a medium bowl and mash with a fork
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 C. hot water and 1 T distilled vinegar with desired amount of red food coloring
- In another separate bowl, repeat the above mixture with blue food coloring
- Add some of the hollowed-out, hardboiled egg whites to each color. Keep some of them white!
- Allow eggs to sit in the dye until they reach your desired shade.
- Drain and set colored egg whites on a paper towel to dry.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl of mashed egg yolks and mix until smooth
- Use a piping bag OR a Ziploc bag with a small hole in the corner to fill the colored egg whites with the creamy yolk mixture. Yummy!

- Preheat oven to 350 and line pans with cupcake liners
- Sift cake mix into a large bowl
- Add eggs, oil, milk, sour cream and vanilla extract and stir until smooth
- Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full and bake for 15-20 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean
- Let cool
- Whipped Cream Topping: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla. Slowly add in heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form
- Pipe onto cooled cupcakes and top with blueberries. A real holiday treat!

- Make a simple syrup: combine sugar and water and heat in a small saucepan until sugar dissolves.
- Cool completely in refrigerator
- Blend clear vodka, limejuice, 2 oz. simple syrup, and 1½ cups of ice on High until "slush like,” adding more ice if necessary
- Pour into a container and place in the freezer
- Repeat Steps 3 and 4 with blue raspberry vodka
- Repeat Steps 3 and 4 with cherry vodka
