  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing

  1. Lightly season chicken breasts with salt and place in the slow cooker.
  2. Separately, combine BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar and Worcestershire until mixed.
  3. Pour over chicken breasts. Cover and cook on high three to four hours until chicken shreds easily.
  4. Shred chicken in the cooker and let it cook in the sauce for about ten more minutes to absorb the flavor.
  5. Serve on soft buns or wraps.

  1. In the bottom of your slower cooker, place four fist-sized foil balls as a “stand” for your chicken to keep it from drying out. As a substitute, try using large chunks of root veggies like onions, carrots and potatoes.
  2. Begin by combing paprika, seasoning, garlic powder and salt.
  3. Rub seasoning all over and inside the chicken.
  4. Place chicken in the cooker on top of the root veggies or foil balls.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 4.5 hours or low for 6.5 to 8 hours.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In a stand mixer, beat sugar and butter until light and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well between additions. Add the pumpkin puree, blending until mixed.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture, beating at low speed until smooth.
  5. Spread batter evenly in the slow cooker and cover.
  6. Cook on high for two hours, or until a tester comes out clean in the center.
  7. Let the cake stand, uncovered, for ten minutes, then invert onto a wire rack and again onto a platter.
  8. Drizzle with caramel sauce, and serve warm.
Recipe Notes
